Today you will arrive, transfer to your hotel and immediately depart to the Brazilian side of Iguaçu Falls.

The spectacular Iguazu Falls straddle the Argentina-Brazil border, and are made up of 275 individual waterfalls lining a 1.7 miles (2.7km) wide horseshoe-shaped gorge. The falls are located where the Iguazu River cascades over the edge of the Paraná Plateau. They can be viewed from both the Argentinian and the Brazilian sides, the Brazilian side offering a broader, more panoramic view.

From this side, you will get a breathtaking view of the falls at every turn.  The uninterrupted vistas of the Floriana Falls, the Devil’s Gorge Canyon and the Iguaçu River are spectacular and guaranteed to impress.

Activity: The Brazilian Falls

This tour starts in the welcome center in the Iguaçu National Park. Panels explain the falls and emit the sound of various types of birds in the area.

Iguaçu Falls - Argentinian Side

Cross over the border for a full day excursion to the Argentinian side of the mighty Iguaçu Falls. This side offers a series of catwalks that allow you to experience the falls at close range. A visit to Devil’s Gorge, arguably the most spectacular part of the falls, is one of the todays highlights.  There is also the option to do a boat trip right up to the falls – be prepared to get wet!

Activity: The Argentinian Falls

On this side of the falls, you explore from a privileged position much closer to the hundreds of falls. From the welcome center you get a map of the area and are transported via trains. There are several  stops along the train, the first is Cataratas Station. From there you can visit the superior circuit above the falls or the lower circuit, which is below the falls.

Each circuit has its own individuality, and one brings you to Devil's Throat otherwise known as the colossal Garganta del Diablo. After crossing a path amid blue jays and beautiful butterflies, you face  the full view of the river and the magnitude of the gigantic falls. Be sure to look out for rainbows!

The Argentinian side can be performed on a full day mode (3 circuits, 6 hours) or half day (no lower circuit, 4 hours).
